1. Episode 47, An Sos from the Future! A Dark New Enemy Emerges!! - Great introduction to the darkest arc yet. Nearly everything in this episode was deathly serious and dark which was a very refreshing tone shift from the usual nature of the series.

2. Episode 61, Zamasu's Ambition - The Awful "Zero Mortal Plan" Is Revealed - Dark and action-packed nuff said.

3. Episode 57, The God With the Immortal Body - Zamasu Descends - Great animation, great and interesting fight scenes I believe this is one of the few two-on-two battles in the series and it was done quite well.

4. Episode 59, Protect Supreme Kai Gowasu - Destroy Zamasu! - Great suspense episode and finally a serious Beerus who actually does something aside from stuffing his face.

5. Episode 34, Piccolo Vs. Frost - Put It All on the Special Beam Cannon! - This is the best non-Future Trunks arc episode imo. Although I think it's BS that Piccolo wasn't one shotted in seconds, the fight was overall and I enjoyed the revelation of Frost being evil. It was a really good plot twist that I honestly didn't see coming. I applaud the writers for how well hidden they made Frost's true nature.
