Zabuza wins. Kimimaro had to go Juuin Level 2 just to fight Gaara and needed to release the initial stage against drunk Lee, I don't see Zabuza struggling that much with Genin no matter how strong they are.

Zabuza hasn't done anything to suggest he can hurt Kimimaro so he gets boned.

Even when they were brought back as Edos Zabuza was negged by Kakashi while Kimimaro survived until Edo Tensei was released despite going up against a clone of KCM Naruto.
