Zauyogi vs Goku Base (Pre Merus)?

Considering Tenshinhan's surprise at Base Goku oneshotting someone he and Yamcha were struggling with, I'd assume Zauyogi would at the very least prove a challenge to Base Goku prior to training with Merus. Then again, Tenshinhan was surprised his Kikoho did nothing to Frost despite having seen what he's capable of and Frost having not shown himself to have become stronger since the U6 tournament, so Tenshinhan's opinion is dubious at best.
