From what little I remember about Galactus, I don't recall him bringing feats to the table that can match that "destroying every known universe in an instant" feat. I'll stand by Zen'oh until contrary evidence is posted by someone more knowledgeable than myself on the matter

Odin is a galaxy buster and has shown the capability to knock Galactus out. Because Goku SSJG SS can already destroy an entire Universe, he would single shot fairly effortlessly.
