Hmmm I dunno, we haven't really seen Zoro go all out....but I guess I'll go with Vista 6/10 if he's who I'm thinking of.

Yeah, he was holding his own well against Mihawk, and Mihawk seemed to respect him.

We don't know how strong Zoro is, but I would assume he's still a good bit below Vista. Vista seemed relatively close to Mihawk, and Mihawk treated him that way.

The whole crew is still a bit below the top tiers of their related roles.

Seemed it to me. He at least had proficiency in Haki. In an SBS, Oda stated that the commanders don't have rank over one another based on which division they command, so 5th division commander could be > 2nd division commander.
