There's this guy on Neo who has this really fancy Google Docs with power levels with pictures quotes and everything. A while ago I decided to do it like him, but I've only done the Saiyan Saga so far since it's so extensive. I'll include the entirety of DB here eventually outside of Heroes and maybe the DBS Anime.

@SSJ2 before you say anything about Popo and Kami their powers were estimated using BoZ logic. I'll probably lower them when I get to do Part 1.

Yes, but very arbitrarily. You can see I skipped the Fake Namek filler for example, but I’ll only include filler that expands lore instead of filler that alters it. So for example, I’ll include Humans vs Ginyu Force or Afterlife Saga, but not SSJ Goku vs Ultimate Gohan.

I’m mostly using the anime so the pictures will be colored though.

The one I noticed was Piccolo's second Makankosappo. I think that contradicts what we see in the manga pretty blatantly. Piccolo had far less energy before charging up the second one, there's no way it would have exceeded the first blast.

Make a list like how scouters rate levels in the series. With the numbers rising, with green, red or what-ever colour the scouter might be, and maybe the character/outline like it's sometimes seen. You'd need to be technically-savvy to do that though I guess.

Got up to doing about half of the Cell Saga. Also did the Garlic Jr. saga because why not?

You should put Piccolo (Arc Garlic Jr.) and Garlic Jr. down a bit, since Piccolo was not supposed to be fighting Super Garlic Jr. at first.

It is true that at one point Piccolo increased in size, but then he returned to his normal form and beat up Super Galick Jr., we must not forget that Super Garlic Jr. lost speed.

Anyway, about a year passed between the Arc Garlic Jr. and the return of Freeza, so in that time Piccolo must have grown very strong.

Vegeta would have easily defeated Super Galic Jr. and his friends.

I considered that, but it’s a bit too tight with Gohan and the Spice Boys being all above 1 million.

Maybe I could rise Trunks Saga Piccolo and Vegeta? I kept them low because of History of Trunks, but I guess I can rework that later.

You also need to add Piccolo (with energy from Gohan and Krillin), maybe leave it at something like 2,400,000? And Vegeta (reviving) at 3,000,000?

I don't think Vegeta was too intimidated going up against Piccolo and Gohan. I just think Vegeta could very easily defeat Piccolo, but that would make Gohan enraged and could be a real problem for him.

If the spaces are tight, but anyway if you could leave Goku Base (FP) at 3,000,000, barely twice Piccolo, having a different abysmal, I don't think you have a problem with pressing those numbers.

I also think you could have Vegeta and Piccolo stronger in the Arc of Freeza's Return.
