Anime versions of both. Who wins?

If Vegeta loses, have KKx20 SSJB Goku from the same episode help him.

I can potentially see Vegeta being more powerful since Toppo was portrayed as being in the realm of the other GoDs (he's at least stronger than Sidra imo since Sidra was surprised by Freeza being able to control his Hakai ball, even if it wasn't at full power), whereas no such statement as made about Kefla and in SS2 I'd say she was more powerful than Goku since Roshi said her final attack would have killed Goku if it hit.

Goku still wins though due to better speed/reaction, same goes even adding KKx10 Goku. Ultra Instinct is pretty hax at equal or slightly higher power. The only way to beat it is to outlast it.

I think 1st UI Sign is the first character to vê genuinely Hakaishin tier. Not only was he matching Suppressed Jiren, but it’s the first power to get the other gods gasping and sweating in the tournament. So Kefla should be Hakaishin tier too, but I agree that Toppo should be stronger.

I think the issue is that SSJBE Vegeta ~ KKx20 Goku, who was even with SSJ1 Kefla. I’m not sure if or when Goku powered up after fighting Kefla, or by how much.

Everybody was talking about how UIS Goku’s attacks weren’t strong enough, so I think the implication is that he powered up in the end. Sure, he caught Kefla open, but she got blasted so hard she defused.

They only gasped after Whis explained what form exactly Goku was in. These are beings that have lived for millions of years and for a mere mortal Saiyan to accomplish such a divine feat that they never could achieve is jawdropping.

As for Jiren's power, Whis was aware that Jiren wasn't using close to his full power yet and even if he was Hakaishin tier even initially it doesn't have to necessarily be stronger than Beerus. Sidra likely wasn't many times stronger than Blue Goku and he was powerful enough to be a Hakaishin, and Shin who saw how powerful Vegetto was in the FT arc still wasn't confident in their universe winning the tournament despite potara fusion being on the table.

Shin is a pussy in general though, being scared of the likes of PuiPui... :troll

Didn't they not even suggest bringing back Vegetto in Episode 115 though? I remember they suggested fusing #17 and #18 with the Potaras since they'd have great compatibility through being twins but not Vegeta and Galu.

Nope Vegetto is never brought up, which is strange considering SSJB Gogeta can smash a Beerus level fighter unless Goku and Vegeta just got that much more drastically powerful.

But yeah a #35 fusion being considered before Vegetto is dumb.

I think it's the meta answer of Toriyama not writing any more Goku and Vegeta fusions into the original draft after the FT arc except SSJB Gogeta against Broly. Even supposing Goku's fatigue from fighting Jiren played a part in them not wanting to fuse them together, there's no way even a wounded SSJB Goku would be less of an asset than #18, especially when the anime writing staff confirmed #17 is far below Blue in regular power and equal to Ultimate Gohan who can't even scratch Toppo.

I think Vegetto wasn’t suggested because they knew Goku and Vegeta would refuse anyway.

I'm going with UI Sign Goku Kamehameha (Vs Kefla and Jiren) >>>> UI Sign Goku Speed (Vs Kefla) > Vegeta SSJBE (Final Explosion) >> Kefla SSJ2 > UI Sign Goku Strength (Vs Kefla) > UI Sign Goku (Vs Jiren).

What about Hakaishin Toppo?
