What level of Kaio-Ken did Goku use vs Toppo?

The natural assumption would be 2x, but I think the context suggests he used way more.

Zeno requested for Goku to go all out against Bergamo, so when we see Goku use Kaio-Ken it was probably x10 already. He then tells Toppo he’s going to show him what it looks like when he surpasses his limits. So he’s going past 10x now?

On the other hand Goku might be going for the overkill, but that sounds out of character for him.

Not really. Goku went Blue vs Kuririn, mong other opponents he could took down in Base or SSJ.

To be fair, he just did that to scare Kuririn. In the tournament he does use Blue several times, but he’s always very conservative about Kaio-Ken. Sure he needed to save stamina, but even in more urgent scenarios like the Black Saga he only uses it in the very last second against Merged Zamasu.
