Would it still affect Goku in his Blue form? Goku seemed to think getting caught in it would prove to be bothersome even in God, but the fact that even Merged Zamasu didn't try to use it on SSJB/PSSJBs and that Goku was only in SSJ when he was actually caught by it tells me that it might not be able to do anything to someone on Blue tier and above.

SSJG Goku was so much faster than Zamasu that he could blitz him before Zamasu had time to use his telekinesis.

As for Merged Zamasu not using it, that can simply chalked up to villain arrogance. The Blue Saiyans were a lot weaker than him and PSSJB Goku rivaled him. SSJB Vegetto was the only opponent that was vastly superior to him, it may not had worked in that fight.

Well yeah, but he did say telekinesis was the only thing he had to really worry about when fighting him. The hypothetical is whether it'd work if he caught someone in Blue off guard obv, since Goku clearly thinks he will be affected in SSJG.

I agree Blue Vegetto probably could break out of his telekinesis given that Kaioshit didn't seem to have the ability to freeza anyone over SSJ2 tier such as Fat Boo.

Perhaps the power of telekinesis had a limit. Maybe Future Zamasu could catch SSJB Goku with a hard time off guard, but I think SSJB Goku could pull it off.

It must be taken into account that Goku SSJG (Vs Future Zamasu) was tired from the failed attempt to lock him up with the Mafuba.

I think that Future Zamasu trying to paralyze Goku SSJB, would be like Shin trying to paralyze Goku SSJ2, that is, managing to paralyze him a bit, but Goku would manage to get away with some problems.

Yeah I think this viewpoint is best. I imagine something akin to Chaozu managing to momentarily stun base suppressed Goku would happen, but the paralysis would last a tad longer and Goku would need a decent amount of effort to break out. I think Future Zamasu's telekinesis would flat-out be no-sold against PSSJB Galu.

If Shin could hold SSJ2 Gohan, then I can see the far stronger Zamasu giving a tired SSJG Goku trouble. His telekinesis is probably better than Shin’s.

PSSJB definitely not. SSJB Goku, maybe… but I think it’s pushing it.
