Impossible to tell. There’s no minimum gap for Freeza to kill him since even Vegeta could punch through Monster Zarbon’s guts.

Judging by how casually he oneshotted Goku and Vegeta I'd say 3x gap minimum. After the Freeza arc it seems to take multi-fold gaps to do shit like this similar to SSJ2 Gohan one-shotting the Cell Jr.s, and Black Freeza tooled Buff Zombie Gas almost as casually as Moro tooled the mass Namekian fusion

I like that gap, Black Frieza on Buff Zombie Gas, it's pretty much the same as Kid Gohan SSJ2 killing Cell Jr.

I like having Gogeta Base / Vegetto Base >= PSSJB from the same Arc.

I also have Black Frieza > Vegetto SSJBE (Chapter 87). Neither Vegetto nor Gogeta can use UI Sign, nor UI, nor Mega Instinct, nor True UI.

There's nothing explicitly stating they can't. We haven't even seen a fusion since Broly. The closest thing we have to evidence is SDBH only featuring Vegetto and Gogeta in their SSJB KK and SSJBE forms rather than forms beyond, but that anime is as non-canon as my poop during a constipated day in the port-a-potty.
