The Kamehameha thing is a bit more complicated. The power was always there, it's just being used in a more efficient way. Reminds me of this guy who suggested once that powers levels were a two-dimensional thing. Pretty cool stuff.

This doesn’t make any sense though. Nappa is stronger than Gohan. Yamcha isn’t stronger than himself.

Either way I’m not too fond of this theory either tbh. Part 1 is when Ki blasts got the most respect, the Kamehameha was the ultimate finisher. It’s just not easy to represent numerically.

So what’s the standard Kamehameha? 1.2x?

I’m not sure where to go. 1.2x is going to run into problems for Neo WFF.

But 1.25x is too close to 1.33x.

The WFF is Yamcha's full power, not a Ki amplification technique. Sure, you still want them to be different levels to show WFF Yamcha > Base Yamcha, but the Kamehameha should multiply on top of his WFF level since that's his full power. Basically:

Kuririn (22TB) 100

Yamcha (22TB) 90
~ New WFF 100
~ Kamehameha 120
