Goku/Krillin/Blue. Blue > Krillin needs to be greater than Goku > Blue imo. I'm fine with the Goku > Blue gap, but Krillin/Blue needs to be 1.5x.

I think I might be back on board with both of them being 1.5x

The only way I think I can get away with being 1.4x is Speed Up Jackie vs Krillin.

Well I don’t think Jackie’s speed changed any.

But the power of his punch wasn’t anywhere near full power.

I'm not sure yet. That's where I had him on my old list. And that list had the powers much weaker. It's more of a placeholder spot.

I am in a bit of a bind though, I'm pretty much forced to keep my old Young PD/23rd Budokai numbers because of how it rolls into BoZ. I'm hoping it goes smoothly. But we will see how it goes.

I have FP PD the first person capable of killing Shenron. I think that's fair.
