Is the gap between FP Young Piccolo and Initial Goku (post water) a one-shot gap?

From what I can see, Shenron doesn’t have the ability to change the percentage of power you are at. He can’t force you to go up a level or two.

Young PD should be around 40% of his power, so going full power should logically be a tremendous power-up.

Goku nearly was wind chopped like Yamcha and Piccolo wasn’t even trying.

Piccolo assumed he killed Goku and so did Tien, this has to be beyond 1.5x

One shotting isn't always consistent, fighters can hold back as well.

He doesn't seem to imply he's powering up for the tank either.

Mind that if we assume Initial Young Piccolo was at less than half of his power, we can't give Goku only 10x a boost from the water, unless we go by Initial Young Piccolo < FP Old Piccolo.

I think Goku’s initial power probably has to be the 10x. I don’t think his FP can be. Unlike like you said, if Young Pd is weaker. I don’t think we like that.

I think Young PD should be so powerful that he could conceivably be at full power. And then we find out he’s got way more power to go. I think that’s the vibe.

Where you at on OG Kamehameha? We are all on a 1.33x type of thing, what do you think?

Yep, more or less. Pre-Water Goku may need to be stronger in relation to Old PD because of the applied Zenkai boost. Include pre Zenkai Goku and the Kamehameha.
