It's a very close battle, they should be basically equals, maybe Krillin has a very slight advantage.

Yamcha has Neo WFF which should be able to be a real nightmare for Krillin and Yamcha also has the fully featured Kamehameha, which Krillin does not have.

Krillin is a superior strategist imo, but Yamcha has better techniques. I think it's 50/50.

Is it possible Krillin ~ Yamcha WFF > Yamcha?

I’ve heard people want to reason this before, I have no idea why people are intent on nerfing Yamcha but there’s no evidence to suggest that Krillin would have such an advantage over Yamcha and the idea that Yamcha doesn’t know how to access full power regularly while literally everyone else does is irrational.

Yamcha is a very skilled martial artist and is very knowledgeable. His WFF is legit and is an incredible move.

This move should be the same as Hasshuken more or less and should provide a small amp to his attacks, speed, and defense.

Yamcha can access his full power. He just has a cool way of doing it. Why did he not use it in later fights? Because he doesn’t need to.

Going by its presentation, the WFF is a fighting style. We tend to treat it as a speed amp, but that’s just Yamcha doing a combo.

Can he sustain it permanently over the course of a fight?

Why doesn’t Krillin use solar flare Kienzan?

Hasshuken is a speed amp technique. Not being able to see this is just a reading comprehension issue.

No more than anyone can keep a non-stop flurry of blows for a whole fight.

Why doesn’t Krillin use solar flare Kienzan?

Because it would end every fight too easily. Not the case with the WFF.

So is the Zanzoken.

I think the strongest evidence is Yamcha saying he’ll use the Roga Fufuken to steal the DBs… But I’m not sure if he’s planning to sprint and steal them, or if he’s going to jump Goku.

So can he use it continuously throughout the whole fight or just for a flurry?

Why wouldn’t Krillin want to end a fight easily when his life is on the line?

Zanzouken does appear to be using super speed indeed.

He’s planning on hitting Goku with a WFF attack like last time and it will give him an opportunity to steal them.

WFF1 was a small amp. This is WFF2, it has to be a bigger amp.

Neo WFF > WFF > FP Yamcha

As you’ve mentioned both AMP Yamcha’s power, this idea that WFF is not an amp but allows Yamcha’s full power to come out is irrational.

Goku accessed his full power just fine the entire manga up until the 22nd and the Hasshuken merely furthered that power.

Hard to tell since it’s always used as a finisher.

As for the Hasshuken, the whole point of it is creating an illusion of several fists to confuse your opponent. There’s definitely no amp in that.

How does one create the illusion of multiple fists if not superior speed being used?

What does creating illusions have to do with power? The whole point of making illusions is to disorientate your opponent. He's not hitting any harder, he's not dodging faster, he's not any more durable. He's just moving his hands really fast so the other guy can't tell which hands are real. I'm absolutely certain the Hasshuken has no amp.

Are the fists moving faster or not brother

They are, but that's not the big deal you think it is.
Ok so Goku’s Hasshuken moved a superior speed to his regular attacks. How much faster? 1.1x?

Is Burter stronger than Recoome because he's faster?
Burters combat speed does not exceed Reecome’s. His travel speed may, but Burter’s combat speed should be about the same.

Fast enough to leave afterimages of his fists. He doesn’t seem to leave any lasting damage on Tenshinhan.

Have we ever tried to quantify afterimage’s speed boost? I don’t think so.

But his combat speed is better too. Check this out:

For every 1 hit Jheese throws, Burter throws 3.
