Taking a look at the Daizenshuus for extra info. Here’s what they say:
Daizenshuu 2: Lists the Bakurikimaha as Piccolo Daimao’s greatest technique and the Makosen as a beam-type attack he used to finish Goku. Piccolo Jr has the “Full power shockwave” (Chou Bakuretsumaha), Tsuibi Dan (Literally “Homing Bullet”, but I guess it can be called a variation of the Bakurikimaha), plus non Ki attacks (Gigantification, regeneration, stretching) and Reverse Mafuba.
Daizenshuu 4: This one is full of errors. It also doesn’t differentiate the Piccolos so it’s hard to tell who used what. The Bakuretsu-Makoho (?) is called a “Basic type” (Shot from your hands, like the KHH) and the Bakurikimaha is “Concentration type” (Focused on a single area like fingers or mouth, compared to the Dodonpa and the Makankosappo? Huh?). The explosive wave is considered a “Kiai type”, described here as invisible attacks. That’s not what a Kiai is, but they are invisible so I can see them being lumped together.
Googling it, I think Herms or the Daizenshuu itself mixed the Bakurikimaha and the Bakuretsu-Makoho. The later is translated as “Exploding Mouth Canon”. That makes a lot more sense.
Daizenshuu 7: There’s the Chou Bakuretsumaha and the Makosen (but no specification of when exactly Piccolo Jr used it), but no mention of Bakurikimaha. The homing blast is called a generic ki blast with homing properties. Piccolo Jr (and not Daimao) is also listed as a user of the Masenko, but no mention of him ever using it.
