The BBA Vegeta used against Eighteen is 1.33x at most. LG is at least 2x, since Piccolo used it as his trump card instead of SPC, which is 1.8x in my books.

If we ignore BOZ PLs, maybe. But if we want to create a consistent PL list from the beginning to the end of the series, we have to accept that Piccolo here is about 50%-60% of his full power.

1. I think FP Yamcha=WFF, because that's how it's treated. 2. Even if I gave WFF some sort of pseudo-kaioken multiplier, it wouldn't be 1.33x, because there is also WFF2, and even that has to be lower than KHH, which means KHH has to get a crazy multiplier.

So if 1.5x a gap over Yamcha was enough to one-shot him, why would Roshi use more than that and tire himself for no reason?
