Vegeta having SSJ3 completely changes everything. I consider Super and GT to be totally non-canon now. Daima has started a new path, a much better one.

DBZ: During the fight with Boohan or Pure Boo.
DBS: During the BOG Arc.

Nothing changes, except if he reaches SSJ3 during his fight with Goku or Fat Buu. In that case, he defeats Fat Buu, Goku stays dead, and everybody lives happily ever after (because there is no DBS in my headcanon).
