Vegeta: 450,000
Freeza (2nd form, powered up): 1,200,000
Not sure about Movie 8 power levels, but LSSJ Broly is multiple times above Super Vegeta. LSSJ Broly is close to Hatchiyack, who is as strong as FP Perfect Cell.

Tbf, I have Broly almost SPC level. FP PC definitely ain't taking Goku's Kamehameha w/o one scratch. And I'm starting thinking everyone minus Gohan's CG level on M8 (Piccolo's bloated).

Now that I'd think about it Broly taking Goku's FP Kamehameha head on's load of bull. I could justify it w/TOEI being unaware of how much Kamehameha increases and/or this Kamehameha being unamped.
