Majin Vegeta has superior ki amp ability than Chaozu.
Better ki amp without a doubt helps a suicide blast

Nah, this ain’t the way. A suicide blast probably isn’t all that strong. Vegeta has elite ki amplifying abilities, no doubt his suicide blast is severely upgraded due to that.

Shin Kikoho is already a suicidal attack essentially. Any life force attack is potentially creating a suicidal situation.
I don't think Tien gains anything from going suicidal, he's already mastered this thing.
But yea, if you think Chaozu is doing a superior to Final Flash move in the Saiyan Saga, I gotta say def not.

It's weird to think about, but yeah, it seems consistent.
Tien's suicide explosion should be much higher than Vegeta's who's much higher than Chaozu.

Who knows. It's probably not all that strong. I don't think he's killing the Super Saiyans or Androids or anything.
It might be more of a kiai type of thing or something.

Yeah, but Tien never thinks he can take out any of the Androids with it. It's strong enough to hold Cell, but I think it's more of a stunlock than actually all that powerful.
