SBC fully charged up is a superior amp to Light Grenade. Light Grenade is his fastest quick charge attack. Also I don’t have SBC as that powerful it’s only like 2x for me. AT messed up all those levels.

Punching it will mitigate the burning of the blast, catching it is the worst case scenario. If Freeza punched back Goku's KHH, he wouldn't have been so burnt.
