Yeah it took a massive increase in his own power just to surpass Freeza. So Base Goku and Coolers previous level are most likely nowhere near Freeza’s power

According to Movie 5. Goku is freaking when Cooler surpasses Freeza, there's no way Cooler is anywhere near Freeza's power based on that scene.
