I think so. I can't imagine Shanks being held in reserve for so long only for him to use ACOC coating. Secondly, the story has consistently put Shanks in a more favorable light than Mihawk, which requires some justification considering the latters WSS title.

It’s only 350 chapters post-Dressrosa. You’re very clearly interested in the series so just transfer that passion into getting current.

Hope they come out with the 5th installment soon. A lot of characters are in need of an updated moveset.
