Not bad, but you are missing one point. Look at the fighter reactions towards Goku after both opponents are finished. His would be opponents consider Goku (finishing Chi Chi) to be a much higher level than Goku (finishing Chappa).

Piccolo can't sense Shin's power. Look into Shin's response dialogue to Piccolo freaking out. Shin is literally reading Piccolo's mind, so we know exactly what Piccolo is thinking. Piccolo is stronger than Shin.

The problem with that is that Goku's level might have surpassed Roshi's for Korin's training. So this directly implies that Korin was the same level against Goku as he was against Roshi.

Goku's regular speed was pressuring him. The tickle helped no doubt. But Korin was already being pressured. If you compare Korin vs Goku, you'll see a huge difference in speed compared to Goku vs the Ginyu Force. The 3 Ginyu Force members wouldn't be able to steal the sacred water from Goku.

Korin is barely above Goku and Gohan. Korin is one of the most overrated characters.
