Bully McGuire takes this pretty easily. TASM Lizard is a lesser threat than any of the Raimi villains. This Lizard is an opening act villain at best in the Raimi movies.

I think I'd have to go with 17 here, maybe in both cases. I take the "one shot Freeza" line as an absolute minimum and don't put him any higher than I have too, maybe around the Mecha Freeza SSJ's. I don't think Kioshin deserves any bit more than that.

Hard to say as we have yet to really see how well Gas fights and adapts to his powers. I'll say Vegeta for now, as at least Granolah had the motivation of revenge on his mind against Vegeta. Gas doesn't have that so Vegeta might have an edge in combat intelligence.
