1) Super-Saiyan 2 Gohan or maybe Cell-Games Gohan in-general. - Say no more, no explanation needed.
2) Super-Saiyan Goku (Namek), if I'd have to count them separately then either Saiyan-Saga Goku (I don't mean this version since he wasn't even on Namek yet) or Goku when he arrived on Namek might...
Kind-of a meta question, but why? By this point his tail was long gone and last re-grew in the fight against Vegeta, I think. Did Toei think his tail would eventually re-grow and play a part in the story again or was it just :toei :toei :toei being :toei :toei :toei .
The real reason is because...
I saw CC bring this up and maybe some others believe it, but aren't there quite a few instances in the manga that prove that Ki-Attacks can still be game-changers?
Piccolo thought his attack could damage after Cell defeated him with ease and was shocked when Cell was not affected by it.

A Genki-Dama with power gathered from all 12 universes. Taking energy from everywhere as much as can be taken, like how the earthlings were drained from giving energy for the Genki-Dama that destroyed Boo.
Can that defeat Zenō & Daishinkan? :mikey :mikey :mikey :mikey :mikey :mikey :mikey...
I know there are a-lot of people who didn't like this for whatever reason, but I liked this very much. So sad because everyone (but Pan) we knew is dead. I think felt like the special had a melancholic feeling through-out. The end when Goku came-back was g9.p, even-though was that actually Goku?
I didn't know where to post this, but was this an officially published story or was it just fan-made? Toyotaro worked on it, but was that were he got his "did fan-manga before he got to do official work" tag from?
