In the fight against Moro in Chapter 62, Ultimate Gohan had a surge of rage. My question is, that rage boost that Ultimate Gohan had against Moro, was it a temporary increase or was it a Power Up? In case of being a Power Up, how strong do you think Gohan became at the end of the Moro Arc?

Piccolo now has a Base form, an Ultimate form, and his Orange? How powerful is Piccolo (Potential Post Unlock)? Or just the Base form of him is the Ultimate state of him?
