Yamcha vs Chaozu at the 22nd tournament I say Chaozu wins. Yamcha may be stronger but Chaozu has his telekinetic trricks and seeing as Yamcha is a more arrogant fighter than Krillin I doubt he would figure out how to outsmart Chaozu in time.

We know Future Trunks's timeline is 17 years further than ours so Dabura and Babidi didn't come to the Earth until much later in Trunks's timeline, would this timeline change effect Dabura's power level, like it did 17 and 18's or is he at exactly the same level we see him at in the main timeline?

It seems like the most logical theory than to assume all these characters that give SSJ1 or SSJ2 Goku a good fight are automatically stronger than BOG SSJG Goku. One signficent piece of evidence for this is Base Goku (who's on par with Third Form Frost) injuring Hit (who's SSJB tier).
