You have SSJ Goku threatening Kaioshin by charging a ki blast in order to fight Majin Vegeta. If Kaioshin was below base level, surely that would be unnecessary as it would be pretty overkill Also we have Fat Buu who cannot sense ki clobbering Kaioshin just as good as he did Dabura and Gohan...

Freeza in his final form literally needs to be. So do characters like Cell/Buu. Early DB attacks being relativistic already supports the notion that DBZ stuff should be FTL.
