why didn’t/wasn’t he able to help the others vs them as an SSJ? He asked if he really did have the power to defeat Cell how could he bring that out? Also Trunks, Vegeta & Cell were surprised when Gohan one-shotted that first Cell Jr. (and after he one-shotted everyone Piccolo was seen too)...

I just noticed this. Actual Super Vegeta > Semi Cell FP > Expected Super Vegeta > Initial Semi Cell Cell thinks he can beat Super Vegeta with his power-up and Vegeta even confirms he does a huge power-up. This proves that Grade 2 is a 2.5x boost at minimum.

Another interesting topic I thought I'd try debating.

I know what you're thinking and hear me out. Trunks showed in the late Cell Arc he could push Imperfect Cell away with just his aura in his base form and with seven years of training base Vegeta sits far above him. I'd argue Trunks used his SSJ form as overkill for Imperfect Cell. Pui Pui...

So what do you think would happen? I think he would gain sentience and become as smart as the old cell, but in power I think he would be on par with black Frieza in raw strength especially considering his size.

How could Cell receive it?

I'd think SPC is the only option we have that is actually available to do so. FP Perfect Cell and Power Weighted Cell are much stronger than Goku, but Kamehameha amp was clearly something else. Cell, even on those forms should not survive minus regeneration.

Do you think anyone could, if Magellan, his beasts and wardens are trying to stop them? They get out of their cell and have to reach a boat on the outside.

How would Gohan fare against this version of Cell? Of course, assuming he hold back not wanting to damage the Earth.

It's never exactly stated how much Cell powered up when he goes full power, so how much do you think he was using against Goku? 50%? 70%?

Did Vegeta surpass Cell, or does he still fall short?
