10% Piccolo one shots Kami

Kami is less than 10% of Piccolo.

Piccolo is about as damaged as Vegeta was in the Saiyan Saga. Vegeta's power level is somewhere close to 10% of his power, no reason we can't copy/paste this logic onto Piccolo.

If we ignore BOZ PLs, maybe. But if we want to create a consistent PL list from the beginning to the end of the series, we have to accept that Piccolo here is about 50%-60% of his full power.

I tend to agree that the quote presented there would be pretty redundant if any of them surpassed Kami before the training started.

Nothing suggests Tien is otherworldly above Krillin and Yamcha, who appear to be on a King Piccolo level.

Remember, Popo is already 10x stronger than King Piccolo. Nothing suggests Tien is on such a level.

10x is so excessive. I think the Oozaru image is just really an aesthetic. The Super Kamehameha was stated to be Goku's most powerful technique and even that didn't have even close to a 10x multiplier.

Remember, it is Popo who literally EATS a Kamehameha while fighting Goku. He literally ate it, dude.

Super Kamehameha was incapable of damaging an even level opponent.

Popo actually respects Oozaru Fist.
