Logically, the team should take it when considering how Yusuke was already overpowering 80% Toguro, but considering how much of a jump in scale Toguro's 100% was presented as, it seems numeracy is about as irrelevant in YYH as in DBZ. Toguro likely stomps considering his Town level feat of taking Yusuke's Chou Reigan somewhat before it killed him (technically, it was his "100% over 100%" self, but the boost didn't seem to be anywhere near as great as going from 80 to 100), compared to the feats of 80% Toguro tier being around Multi-City Block level. Kurama strategically using his plants is the only way the trio can really manage anything.
