If we follow Dragonball Super, Goku SSj3 is above Ultimate Gohan, and Vegetto is only around 20ish times stronger then Gohan. Simultaneously, this makes it entirely plausible that Freeza would need his 3rd form or higher to defeat Vegetto whose the product of Goku's Base form at 90,000.

I go by Base Potara = SSj Metamoran, and that's where a hypothetical Saiyan arc SSj Gogeta ended up. I wasn't sure whose power to base it off of, Goku's or Vegeta's, so I just combined their power levels and went from there.

Here's how I calced it:

Base Goku: 3,600,000,000
Base Vegeta: 3,600,000,000
Base Vegetto: 450,000,000,000,000

3,600,000,000 / 3,600,000,000 = 1 *100 = 100 (Goku is 100% of Vegeta)

3,600,000,000 + 3,600,000,000 = 7,200,000,000 *100 = 720,000,000,000

450,000,000,000,000 / 720,000,000,000 = 625

***Note***: The 625 is completely arbitrary. Instead of basing Vegetto's battle power off of a formula, I worked backwards and based the formula off of his battle power which I just made based off of where I had other characters.


SAIYAN ARC:
Base Goku: 8,000
Base Vegeta: 18,000

8,000 / 18,000 = 0.4444 *100 = 44.44 (Goku is 44% of Vegeta)

8,000 + 18,000 = 26,000 *44.44 = 1,155,555 *625 = ~720,000,000

And yes, I know Toriyama obviously doesn't do any of this, but I can play around with numbers if I want. It's fun for me.
