In my opinion, Chi-Chi one-shots him as easily as Tao did. I think Chi-Chi making it to the semi-finals and Chaozu not is Toriyama's way of implying that Chi-Chi was far superior. There's also the way her and Cyborg Tao were portrayed. Both were portrayed to be on par with each other as incredibly strong opponents, but really no threat to Goku or Tien at this point in the series.

That's off the top of my head. I could increase the gap between Taopaipai and Chaozu, but I usually consider a 1.6x gap enough to one-shot.

BTW she does have feats... which you can clearly see during her fight with Goku (matching Goku's casual super jump and fighting with great speed while hovering in the air mainly).

Really, you use the gag argument? That's just a sad attempt to downplay her.

Simply on the basis Chiaotzu hasn't been relevant past his debut and he has shown himself as a super non-talent, easy-to-see-through fighter without his flight and telekinesis.

Chichi's feats against Goku are far more than Chaozu can bring to the table, so she wins. Anime-Chichi one-shots via statements..

Chichi can also likely one-shot 23rd Chappa who should at least be stronger than the level Goku used against him at the 22nd.
