I'd say Piccolo Junior (23rd Budokai) was way, way above Kami-sama. An extreme tired an injured Piccolo was implied to be able to handle Kami and the humans at the same time. I think it's not an exaggeration to have Piccolo 3x stronger than Kami.

piccolo jr. went from being some-wot clearly being below goku to being his equal 3 years later (or almost equal, closer than 3 years ago for sure)

He's probably referring to his potential. He said "stored within him" after-all. Wouldn't make sense for Piccolo-Daimao to be able to make someone that's so much stronger than him, just when he's about to die, anyway.

Since they're like children instead of artificially-created beings, I guess that can be explained. On-top of that I think Piccolo-Daimao might have also given his life-force to Piccolo Jr..

Does this imply Piccolo would be searching for Goku? This doesn't make sense if Piccolo was way weaker than him.

I have a 2x gap between God and Piccolo. I just like to imagine that Piccolo actually stopped short so that it looked like God blocked his punch, when really Piccolo didn't want to accidentally one shot God and kill himself.

I have it as Piccolo (TB23) >> Kami (TB23) + 100 Tenshinhans (TB23).

  I have to Piccolo (TB23) 2,604x Kami (TB23).

  Kami I have overwhelmingly more powerful than Mr. Popo, this in turn is far superior to Tenshinhan (TB23), the latter could very easily defeat Krillin (TB23) and Yamcha (TB23) and together. These last 2 I have them a little more individually powerful than Goku (Post Water) and the latter is somewhat higher than Piccolo Daimaku Young (100%).

He was fatigued by climbing the tower and the fatigues are generally "healed" by eating at that time. Kuririn most likely wasn't injured either when he climbed the tower.

He was fatigued by climbing the tower and the fatigues are generally "healed" by eating at that time. Kuririn most likely wasn't injured either when he climbed the tower.

Fatigue isn't really the same as injury. Taopaipai's blast was cushioned by the Dragon Ball he had in his shirt, so he recovered without consequences. Against Piccolo Daimao he was injured enough that he almost died, those are different things.

I already did the early Dragon Ball power levels, since I finished rereading this yesterday. I'm now doing a new Dragon Ball Z power level list. I have:

Goku (post Water) - 67,000
Mr. Popo - 135,000
Kami-sama - 530,000

Yeah Piccolo Jr. is born equal to Piccolo-Daimao in my opinion.

I already did the early Dragon Ball power levels, since I finished rereading this yesterday. I'm now doing a new Dragon Ball Z power level list. I have:

Goku (post Water) - 67,000
Mr. Popo - 135,000
Kami-sama - 530,000

Good numbers, which increase the difference between Mr. Popo about Goku. Mr. Popo clearly ate the Kamehameha Goku, which implies a tremendous difference.

Well yeah, clearly below as-in you could tell who was higher easily. Unlike the fight at the 23rd Tournament.
