How high do you have this? Vegeta looks at this power up as a much bigger boost than the first one it seems.

I basically agree with Ryan and Mike. I always had Freeza's full-power in the 1.5-1.6 million range.

1.5 million always seemed enough to me. Trying to place all the power levels under some arbitrary 3,000,000 for initial goku just doesn't work imo.

Alright, let's check it out...

We will go with the standard 1,060,000 that we all like to use here.

Our range here at minimum is going to be somewhere from 1,250,000-1,300,000.

1.06 is 84.8% of 1.25. This would be one of the smallest power ups ever really. Considering the hoopla surrounded by the power up, I don't know, hell, if anyone makes any sort of big deal about you powering up, I'd expect it to be a bit more than this personally.

1.06 is 81.25% of 1.3. This seems perfect to me, it's quite the power up without getting extravagant.

1.06 is 78% of 1.35. Still not too bad, generally in DB, the wider the gap the more accurate, this is totally reasonable and I wouldn't argue against it.

1.06 is 75% of 1.4, This is a nice chunk of power, still completely plausible as well, although I don't think it's implied to be quite this large. Options 2 and 3 seem the most realistic to me...


Ok for power up #2, I'd think the power up is somewhere in the same range as before. Debating on which one is bigger? Perhaps the second one is? I don't know, I'd like some feedback to that.

So I'm going to use 1.3 mil for this now...

Well what do you know, same exact percentage as last time and nice, clean, round numbers. Like it was made to be!

1.3 is 78% of 1.65, same situation as last time, either option is fine, but I generally prefer the previous. As suggested before, bigger generally is better with DBZ related things, but this feels just right.

So all in all, I'd say...

Freeza 2nd Form ( Initial ) 1,060,000
~ Powered Up 1,300,000
~ Full Power 1,600,000


The ranges are 1,300,000-1,350,000 and 1,600,000-1,700,000.


1,500,000 is just too low, barely of course, but I cannot really justify that. We have to give Freeza's power up something significant I would think...
