The issue is Final Form Freeza has superior feats over the Z fighters than 2nd Form Freeza had over them.

The feats and statements show us that Final Form Freeza is more dominant over the Z fighters than any other version of Freeza. To deny this wouldn't be fair.

Small numbers certainly "feel right", but often they are not. You would have never guessed Freeza to be 530,000 without the direct statement from Freeza. We'd probably only make him 250-300k or so.

They are, yes. Doesn't necessarily indicate whether or not Nail knew about Piccolo's weighted clothing. It's just a basic assessment Nail is making on Piccolo.

It would be unreasonable to assume Nail can sense power through weights since there's no evidence to suggest he can.

So he can't make a logical guess? It's a statement provided by the author giving us an idea of strictly how powerful Kamiccolo would be. It's just a straightforward assessment for the reader.

Well, I think whether Piccolo was or wasn't using weights is a little irrelevant. That'd only make FP Piccolo somewhat stringer than 300k. Not a big deal. I think P was trying to pass the point across that, since the EML adopts a 5x boost for Nailccolo, then that'd make FP Piccolo post Nail stronger than our last predictions, a little stronger that is. I was trying some numbers earlier and came with the below... not much was changed:

That's the point. It doesn't matter to the reader since the statement is given with the knowledge that the readers are aware of Piccolo's weighted clothing. I don't see the issue regardless but I also don't see the issue with Unweighted Piccolo being slightly above First Form Frieza.
