Base Vegeta rips Cooler's arm off, and caves it in his skull, IMO.

Cooler was suppose to be stronger than Frieza who had a PL of 120 million. Goku's base in Namek was 3 million and Vegeta's was lower. I'm not buying Vegeta's base PL went from < 3 million to > 120 million. That seems like too big of a gap to me.
