I think Broly is the opposite really. I go with CG Gohan > Buu Saga Gohan >=< M10 Gohan > M8 Gohan and I don't have a HUGE difference between Gohan and Broly seeing as Broly didn't completely dominate him and had a few issues with him. So I don't have him being all that tough.
