A Hero's Legacy is under-rated

I know there are a-lot of people who didn't like this for whatever reason, but I liked this very much. So sad because everyone (but Pan) we knew is dead. I think felt like the special had a melancholic feeling through-out. The end when Goku came-back was g9.p, even-though was that actually Goku?

I think the main reason at least for me is that it's just depressing IMO. I mean, what happened to Goten's descendant and why Pan lost her contact with the Brief family? I do like the ending though with Goku meeting his great grandson though.
