Yeah, I think that Goku could tell Android #8 was better by just his punch tell me he doesn't have to be leagues above or anything.

Context: Goku, still stunned, is amazed at No.8’s strength.
Goku: “You’re terrific when you get mad, Hatchan. Your punch was a lot more incredible than mine. You’re really good when you put your mind to it...”
No.8: “Ha ha... But I hate to fight.”

To be fair, Goku is still very impressed. I'm not sure what to think.

Goku said Hatchan's punch was a lot more incredible than his, putting him while enranged above Mummy-kun IMO. But I still think he would lose to Akkuman, since the latter could probably defeat a guy who can one-shot Mummy.

Same as ahill said. Akkuman >> Mummy in both power and speed. #8 doesn't really have much that can counter him.
