I'm not even sure regular.

Definitely not Gohan who ended Cell. Even Goku said like that no-one could defeat him.

Vegeta said an enraged adult Gohan may cause trouble for them, it can only refer to Regular SS2 Gohan from Cell Games or the Gohan that finished off Cell.

Actually, Enraged SSj2 Kid Gohan > majin Vegeta can work with ease. The more enraged Gohan becomes, more he taps into his hidden power. You could even say, no trolling this time, that the Gohan who destroyed Super Perfect Cell was actually as strong as Ultimate Gohan for a mere second, since it was stated that Gohan "released all of his power" IIRC.
