Link isn't superhuman. He has things like mask transformations, but he himself is not special. Twilight Princess Link probably shows the most strength, sumo-wrestling heavy Gorons and throwing goats. Even then, he cannot compare to Goku. Even without SSJ, he cannot compare. Even if Goku was suppressed, he'd beat Link in terms of speed and skill.
