Well if it it's based on just looks I'm gonna go with Marcarita, otherwise I'll go with Towa since as far as I know Marcarita hasn't done anything yet, has she even spoken?

She did, having once stated that Khai and Belmod weren't strict enough, ending her sentences with a polite "desumasu" and acting in a quite condescending way towards U7. Definitely doesn't look like a very nice person.

Do you think female Saiyans in general should have had a similar physique to SSJ Kale's or SSJ Kefla's. Quite muscular, while still looking very much feminine ?

Kale's base look works better with her being super slim, but Cabba and Caulifla definitely should've been at least that muscular. I know you didn't ask about Cabba but the poor guy looks like a twig lol, I mean even Tarble had some muscle to him.

Ideally I want Goku to be eliminated and for 17 and 18 to wreck everyone's shit and claim the win. But as that's not going to happen I don't really care.
Although it also would be pretty interesting if U7 doesn't win, which is even more unlikely than what I said above.
