Since Shin seemed to have good intel on Babidi's movements, he'd probably find Gohan and Trunks before Dabura can get to them. He takes them to the Kaioshinkai to train, along with Bulma for her safety. The two would get pretty strong through Kibito's healing allowing them to abuse Zenkais. Eventually, Gohan becomes strong enough to pull out and train with the Z-Sword, though by that point Dabura would have killed #17 and #18 as well as wiped out most of humanity after draining their energy. A climactic battle would soon occur where depending how much training Gohan and Trunks get, they either kill Dabura or are killed by him.
In the case of the former, the Cell Arc is changed drastically. The Time Machine is built far earlier without the Artificial Humans around and Gohan is far stronger. Thus, he quickly kills #16, #17 and #18 when he shows up for the battle. Even if a timeline similar to the one Cell came from is formed, he'd be quickly killed by Gohan once he showed his face. Gohan then warns everyone about Dabura, thus Goku recommends going into the Rosat. Everyone is as strong as their Boo Arc selves by the time Dabura shows up but with Future Gohan also joining the battle, they still win even if this Dabura is as strong as his alternate self. Boo isn't revived. Beerus still fights SSG Goku, but on far less tense terms, and the rest of Super is the same with the exception of Future Gohan taking Trunks' role when Black shows up or sacrificing himself so Trunks can go to the main timeline.
In the case Dabura wins, humanity is wiped out and with no way of getting resources, Bulma can't build the Time Machine. Regardless of whether or not Boo is revived, Babidi rules the Universe until Beerus decides to awaken.
