Baby and the Machine Mutants in the future timelines

GT really never explored what happened in alternate timelines after the Cell arc, but is there any foolproof reasoning as to why in a similar point in time to the events of GT, Mu/Baby haven't made their move? The timeline divergence really only primarily affects the Earth, so other than the difference of when Babidi's men make their move (as seen in Subpar), I don't really see how it'd affect Mu's campaign to control za warudo galaxy.

Maybe Dr. Myuu's ambitions were successful, he just didn't go through Earth (If we go through the DBGT Timeline).

In the DBS Timeline, where they show us the Future of Trunks, neither Dr. Myuu nor his creations simply appear because DBS is not a continuation of DBS.
