You want my honest opinion? Bacterian shit stomps. He was beating Krillin up and down the tournament albeit his stench had something to do with it but even then if he was weaker than Mr. Satan his hits would do zero damage to Krillin, he also survived a full-powered kick the same kick that sent those Orin Temple bullies flying who were stronger than Initial Krillin before the tournament even began.
