Base Android 13

How strong was Android 13 before merging with 14 and 15? Am I correct in that he was above the SSJs?

Yeah he was a little too strong and fast for SS Goku, I believe. His lead over Goku is probably similar to Cell’s lead over CG Goku. It seemed like weighted Kamiccolo would’ve easily beaten him.

It's closer than Goku vs Cell for me. Cell was ragdolling Goku there. Goku vs 13 was really close.

From what I recall, #13 was superior, but not by much. The difference between the two seemed pretty minimal. He's probably weaker than Gingertown Cell.

Yeah, I'm not seeing much of a difference between SS Goku and Base 13 from the YT clips I just looked at. If they're just their Android arc selves then SS Vegeta >~ SS Goku ~ Base 13.

Android 13 is in par with Imperfect Cell (Ginger town) and his merged state is in par with 16 and Cell post humans
