Beerus at the end of DBS Episode 13, did he fight with his "100%" against Goku SSJG and SSJ?

Whis: “Acknowledging to Goku-san that you were using 100% of your power was a ploy to draw out his full strength. It was not the truth.”
Beerus: “You could tell that, couldn’t you?”

I have the following questions for you:
How many power-ups does Goku have in his SSJG form in his fight against Beerus?
The power that Beerus used to nullify the combo attack, was it superior to the power that he used later in their fight in Episode 13 and 14?

Looking at the strength checker it looks like it could be 5-7 power ups of varying magnitudes. In episode 10 alone it's remarked several times that Goku is getting a better handle on SSJG.
As for the second part I'm not sure. Beerus was lying about using 100%, but I'm not sure if he was lying about needing 100% to nullify Goku's attack. I doubt he displayed more power after that, it seemed like he was merely stronger than be was 5 minutes ago:

Goku: “Beerus-sama, you really are awesome. The power of your punches is way different than it was five minutes ago!”
Beerus: “Your power has gone up, too, hasn’t it?”
