I'd say Baby, the only villain from GT that I thought was actually:

- Cool
- Interesting
- A good story arc.

Nouva isn't bad either but I'd definitely say Baby.

Nouva is an interesting character as well, he should have stayed longer than that and become as new Piccolo from BoZ till he develop his character in the same way with Piccolo.

- Appeared in far more episodes than Super #17, thereby having more onscreen longevity.
- Has a unique yet still useful ability that makes a power advantage meaningless in countering him, whereas Super #17's abilities can be countered by anyone not missing a few chromosones, not to mention has a dumb weak point.
