Best class of weapons or tools in Usopp's arsenal?

The plants he used during Fishman Island were pretty cool.

They were but does he use them still? Has Oda dropped the ball on Usopp's fights?

Usopp was really underwhelming in Wano. He didnt have a major fight and was pretty well useless the entire time. He was still using plants though.
